STANDARD COURIER (Complimentary): Enjoy free standard delivery as a value-added service. Your order will be handed over to our courier partners (Qxpress, Popvan), and a tracking number will be provided once shipped. Delivery typically takes 3 working days (excluding Sundays & public holidays). To have your order dispatched promptly, please select the earliest available delivery date. Alternatively, you may choose a later indicative date if you prefer us to ship it out later.

** NOTE: The selected date is tentative. Deliveries are made at the courier's discretion and may arrive anytime between 10am–7pm. If you're comfortable with potential waiting time or having your parcel left at your doorstep, this is a suitable option. For delivery on a specific date or time, please choose our Scheduled Courier service.

SCHEDULED COURIER: Have your order delivered on your chosen date and time by The Carpet Shop Delivery Team. It is available from Monday to Friday with the following timeslots, i.e 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm to 6pm or 6pm-9pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm (excluding public holidays). A surcharge applies for this service.

PRE-ORDERS: Please take note of the estimated delivery lead time and select a tentative delivery date at checkout. Once your carpet arrives at our warehouse and is ready for dispatch, our team will contact you to arrange and confirm the final delivery schedule to your residence.
